I'm a wild foodie
I'm posting this picture of a wild foods dinner I attended a couple of weeks ago - freshly harvested daylily (stuffed with saffron rice), wild greens, and some roasted burdock root. And that was just the first course- you should have tasted the rosehip shortbread and elderberry sorbet for dessert!
